One rate, no subscriptions, nothing renews by itself. You buy minutes when you want them and they never expire.
Every reading costs $1.99 per minute. The first paid minute is charged in full; from then on billing is per second, so a 7-minute-20-second reading costs exactly that. During the chat you always see elapsed time and remaining balance.

The $50 first-purchase bonus: whichever bundle you pick as your first purchase, we add $50 in bonus credit on top, once per member. Bonus credit works like normal credit in readings but has no cash value, is non-refundable, and readers are not compensated for bonus minutes. That last point is deliberate: no reader ever has a financial reason to stretch your bonus time.
No subscriptions or auto-renewal. No raising rates per reader to $30 per minute. No fake discounts. No paying outside the platform, ever; any reader who asks is removed. If a first reading truly disappointed you, contact us within 24 hours via the contact page and we make it right with credit.
