A review is only worth something when it couldn't have been faked. These are the rules that make ours real.
1. Verified readings only. A review can only be written by a member after a completed reading. Every review carries the Verified reading label.
2. Never written by us. Neither TalkToPsychics nor readers can post reviews, on anyone, ever.
3. Critical reviews stay. A review is never removed for being negative. Removal happens only for the same fixed reasons that apply to any score: personal data, threats, or content unrelated to the reading.
4. Text moderation is transparent. Where a review text breaks a rule, we may hide the text while the star rating remains counted; the score is never altered.
5. New readers show no fake numbers. A reader without reviews shows exactly that, instead of an invented score.
No. Ratings are calculated only from verified member reviews and cannot be bought, boosted or reset.
The text broke a fixed rule (for example, it contained personal data) and was hidden. The star rating still counts fully.
