Responsible use: boundaries make it better

A reading can bring insight and comfort. It works best, and stays safe, inside clear boundaries. These are ours.

What readings are not

The honest limits

Readings are for personal insight and entertainment. They are not medical care, mental health care, legal counsel or financial advice, and our readers are forbidden from providing any of those, from diagnosing, and from advising against professional treatment. If your question is really for a doctor, therapist or lawyer, a good reader says so.

If you are in crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, a reading is not the right place. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); readers who notice crisis signals will point you there and pause the reading. That's care, not rejection.

How we protect you

Built-in safeguards

Spending stays visible at all times, nothing renews automatically, and per-second billing means you never pay for silence. Messages are automatically screened for red-flag patterns (payment outside the platform, fear tactics, contact requests) as an extra safety layer; flagged fragments are reviewed by a human. Readers who use fear, guarantee outcomes, or move payment off-platform are removed. And rewards never require spending: the daily wheel is free by design.

Under 18? Readings here are strictly 18+. See also our terms of service and entertainment disclaimer.

Good to know

Frequently asked questions

How do I keep my spending in check?

Buy small bundles, use the visible timer, and decide the length of a reading before you start it. Credit never expires, so there is never a reason to rush.

What if a reader scares me?

End the chat and report it via the contact page. Fear tactics are a removal offense here, and your report is reviewed by a human.

Is a reading a substitute for therapy?

No. Readings can offer perspective, but mental health deserves professional care. Our readers are required to say so when it applies.
